Richard J. Kasmer, Pharm.D., J.D., is the President of NEOvationsRx and Dean of the College of Pharmacy at the Northeast Ohio Medical University in Rootstown, OH. Dr. Kasmer has over 30 years of experience in diversified clinical development, operations, and leadership. A strategic-minded individual with a documented history of building and leading teams to accomplish both short and long-term objectives, his primary areas of expertise are Pharmacy Law, legal-related matters, and consulting.

Kunal Amin, BSPS, Pharm.D., is the VP and Director of Clinical Services of NEOvations Pharmacy Services, LLC and an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice at the Northeast Ohio Medical University in Rootstown, OH. Dr. Amin graduated from the University of Toledo and has implemented and led many clinical initiatives and projects throughout his career including clinical services in pharmacies, workflow integration, management and supervision of various pharmacies, pharmacists, and staff. His primary area of expertise is Medication Therapy Management services and Immunizations.

Kevin Fuschetto, Pharm.D., BCACP, BC-ADM, is a Clinical Pharmacist with NEOvations Pharmacy Services, LLC and an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice at the Northeast Ohio Medical University in Rootstown, OH. Dr. Fuschetto graduated from Ohio Northern University in 2007. He is Board-Certified in Ambulatory Care by the Board of Pharmacy Specialties and Board Certified in Advanced Diabetes Management by the Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists. Dr. Fuschetto has extensive experience in medication therapy management, chronic disease state management, and immunization services.
